Esther Moorehead was born in Toronto, Canada. She’s an avid traveler and each new place has a significant impact on her creative journey. She grew up immersing herself in many creative outlets, from drawing and painting to stage design and small theatre production, music, and event planning and catering. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in art education in South Carolina, she returned to Toronto to teach high school art and geography. She began taking painting commissions and realized her true passion lay in building a career as an independent studio artist.
