On July 25, 2025 join us for an evening of $5 mini classes! This will be such a great way for you to get to know Aerial Silks, Hammock, and Lyra. Each mini class will be 30 minutes long with one of our fantastic and amazing instructors. You can sign up for as many mini classes as you would like so that you get the chance to try a little of each apparatus.

All of our mini classes will be 100% beginner friendly. There are no flexibility or strength prerequisites. As we always say "no pull up required" and we mean it!

Prerequisites: None. Not even a pull up. All of these classes are perfect for beginners and first timers.

What to wear: snug fitting clothes that cover the backs of your knees and midriff. You *may* be going upside down, so make sure everything is tucked safely into place. The equipment looks smooth, but can easily burn your skin.

Cancellation policy cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded the $5 per mini class registration fee.
