Around the Crown 10K debuted in 2019 with nearly 5,000 runners taking the title of NC's largest 10K. It affords runners a chance to run the whole 3-mile inner loop, I-277, the Queen City's inner beltway. The rest of the route meanders through the streets of Uptown Charlotte and in 2022 it begins and ends at Truist Field. This Labor Day tradition is focused on being one of the most sustainable races in the country while giving back to the community as much as possible through multiple local non-profit organizations!
