Merchant & Trade, the premier 19th-floor rooftop bar and lounge at Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel, is partnering with Bojangles to deliver a deliciously unique brunch event on February 8 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Guests will enjoy a celebration of the flavors that make the South—and North Carolina—so special with Bojangles craveable dishes elevated to new heights for the exclusive pop-up experience. Bo’s Bougie Brunch features a menu crafted by Tryon Park Hotel’s Executive Chef Farid Ahmed, Merchant & Trade’s Chef de Cuisine James Jeffries and Bojangles’ Vice President of Menu and Culinary Innovation Chef Marshall Scarborough. The team worked closely to blend Bojangles’ staples and local flavors in every item. From the indulgent Billionaire’s Chicken Biscuit to the inventive Dirty Rice Arancini, this exclusive offering reimagines Bojangles' beloved southern comfort food with a sophisticated twist. A $1 entry ticket is required for each guest with proceeds donated to The Bojangles Foundation. On January 30 at 12 p.m., 100 tickets will be released for guests to secure in advance. Remaining tickets will be sold at the door and seating will be offered on a first come basis. All guests must be 21 and over to join.
