Celebrate Irish heritage at the Charlotte St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival in Uptown Charlotte on Saturday, March 14, 2026. The festival kicks off at 10 AM along Tryon Street from 3rd Street to Levine Avenue of the Arts, featuring a full day of live entertainment on the main stage, including bands, traditional Irish dancers, and cultural performances. Guests can also explore artisan vendors, enjoy a variety of food trucks, and participate in family-friendly activities throughout the day. Festival hours are 10 AM - 7 PM.
The parade begins at 11 AM at Tryon Street and 9th Street, proceeding down Tryon Street through Uptown. Spectators can expect the sounds of bagpipes, marching bands, festive floats, Irish dancers, and more than 1,000 marchers bringing energy and tradition to the streets. In past years, the parade has attracted more than 80,000 spectators. Parade hours are 11 AM - 1 PM.
