Unlock your front and straddle splits with this 1 hour workshop! We'll dive deep into the anatomy of both types of splits, common limitations, and each participant will be given tools to assess where they're at. We'll discuss the hidden motions that have to happen in the hip to allow a successful split, and equip you with the mobility and strength tools you need to make progress, and is appropriate for all levels. This workshop includes assessment, active drills, passive stretches, and will help you understand your own anatomy and how to train for efficiency and avoid injury.

PREREQUISITES: None! This is a beginner-friendly, ground based workshop for everyone.
