Curious about hypermobility? Not sure if you're double jointed? Did you do fun party tricks as a kid? Are you struggling with your microbends, hyper-extension, or chronic pain? Dive deep with JJ into all things hypermobility, from stretchy skin, pain patterns, vision and gut involvement, neurodiversity, and most importantly how hypermobility can impact your training in the studio! In this 2 hour workshop we'll talk about self care strategies, strengthening, and the way conditioning, sleeping, and eating can all be impacted by hypermobility! This class is for you if you've been wanting to know more about hypermobility, clarity about your potential diagnosis, or you want to level up your training as a hypermobile human!


PREREQUISITES: None! This is a beginner-friendly, ground based workshop for everyone.
Bring some water, a notebook to scribble in if you wish, and your curiosity!
