Join a museum educator and docent for a guided slow-looking experience in the museum gallery spaces at the museum. There will be opportunities for conversation and contemplation about select works on view at Mint Museum Uptown, plus personal connections, interpretations, and increased mind-body awareness enhanced by mindful breathing and meditation.
Mindful Looking and Mindful Sketching sessions are free with RSVP.
