Ring in the new year with a three-course dinner at The Asbury in uptown Charlotte. Enjoy dishes like Cauliflower She Crab Soup, Oven-Roasted New York Strip, and Peppermint Patty cake, plus a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each diner. $60 per person (not including tax, gratuity, or additional beverages).

Brunch: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Dinner: 5-9 p.m.

Appetizer, choose one:
Cauliflower She Crab Soup: biscuit crouton panzanella
Fairshare Apple Salad: nc apples, georgia blue cheese, biscuit croutons, lusty monk vinaigrette
Tuna Pastrami Sashimi: fried brussels sprouts & celeriac ginger salad, spicy arugula paste
Deviled Eggs: fennel & radish kimchi

Entrée, choose one:
Oven Roasted New York Strip: three potato gratin, wilted gerens, blue cheese
North Carolina Coastal Seafood: shrimp and calamari bolognese, smoked mussels, broccolini and spaghetti squash
Herb Gnocchi & Market Vegetables: oyster mushroom potlikker, kale, local vegetables, hint of cream
Pan Roasted Pork Chop: winter squash dumplings, marinated beets, goat cheese

Dessert, choose one:
Caramel Apple Carrot Cake: cardamom cream cheese ice cream
Peppermint Patty Cake: flourless chocolate cake layered with peppermint cream
Key Lime Cheese Cake: chantilly

We’ll welcome you with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate truffles upon arrival. We’ll make it easy to celebrate the new year with included valet parking and complimentary breakfast at The Asbury on New Year’s Day.
