Get Ready Charlotte! The 10th Annual Charlotte African American Festival (CAAF) is a celebration of the rich heritage and accomplishments of African-Americans. The festival will be held April 22nd and 23rd 2023 in the historic Brooklyn Village at 710 E. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The festival is free to the public and the hours are 10:00AM-6:00PM each day.
The festival will include exhibits, musical performances, art, literature, food, dancers, drummers, a pageant, speakers, vendors, and special awards and recognitions. Proceeds raised by the festival will support educational and cultural programs.
