The Power of YOUth (TM - Trademark) Juneteenth Teen Summit is not your traditional youth summit. The event is FREE for youth attendees and is sponsored by Inlivian and is presented by The Axe Group, and Nspire-Us Foundation. Our Teen Summit will be held on June 18th, 2022, at the Carole Hoefener Center (615 E. 6th St. Charlotte, NC 28202) from 12 PM - 3 PM.
Attendees will experience dynamic speakers and panelists who can address topics that impact our youth in today's society. Additionally, we'll honor and celebrate Juneteenth from a historic perspective. Discussions will have the added bonus of being youth-led, yet supervised by adult speakers, counselors, and experts. Healthy lunches will be provided and sponsored by local restaurants, while you're entertained by a Guest Artist, our Host, and our Power of YOUth DJ. Be on time because Door Prizes and Giveaways will be available for our attendees!
Our keynote speaker Demario Baker is the Owner/Founder of Nspire-Us Foundation, and he has been wowing crowds at events, seminars, and conferences across the east coast for several years. Baker (a Johnson & Wales University alum) is an author and a skilled orator who knows how to reach youth audiences where they are! He keeps them engaged, entertained, and ready to tackle the business of becoming productive young adult men and women.
We are extremely proud to present The Power of YOUth Teen Summit, which was created with the sole purpose of inspiring, and educating individuals regarding Future Goals & Outcomes, Social Behaviors, Public Health Awareness, Healthier Living, Self-Esteem Building, and Positive Lifestyle Choices. Additionally, the Teen Summit's core services include:

We encourage local youth and teens in the Charlotte Mecklenburg areas in grades 6 thru 12 to register for this FREE event. The event is also FREE for Non-Profits and Youth Organizations who register and bring to the event at least TEN (10) youth attendees who either do or could benefit from their respective services.
