Quiet the mind chatter, find community, and move your body through a drop-sound yoga experience. Hosted by our friends at Pranayama House, this 1-hour experience will guide you through a mind-body vinyasa practice. No previous experience needed!

To support yourself in your practice, please bring a mat, a water bottle, and a hand towel for comfort. Tickets can be purchased at the door or ahead of time at:
