Check out Pianodrome
One of the new features at Charlotte SHOUT! is Pianodrome, the first performance space made entirely from upcycled pianos in America. This intimate venue is housed inside the historic Grace on Brevard venue and features a 75-seat sculpture that comes alive with dozens of performances by local artists. Make sure to catch one of the shows and witness the beauty of this radical new structure.

New to SHOUT! this year, stop by any participating Shop SHOUT! locations and experience all that Uptown has to offer.

Discover secret Alleyways
"Tweet Street" will be located in the alley of 200 S. Tryon St. Dappled light through branches stretching over the alleyway invites you to discover the magic of North Carolina native songbirds. "Tweet Street" was created to spark joy and wonder about our regional little neighbors as they flutter above. And, Luminous Lane will have an extension installation that will be sure to tie the whole alley together!
Ride The Wave with E-Motion
SHOUT!'s beloved seesaws are back with a twist! Sea-saw your way through this one-of-a-kind experience, with an oceanic recreative of your childhood joys, integrated with lit waves and water drops handlebars, to the soundscape redolent of the sea, users and bystanders are invited to explore e/motion’s magical ocean ambience from every angle.

The Charlotte Ideas Festival, curated by The Charlotte Center for the Humanities and Civic Imagination, will feature renowned thinkers and innovators exploring the most important topics of our times. From the hard and necessary work of citizenship to finding joy in our lives to the role of artificial intelligence in society, this is a can't-miss event for anyone interested in intellectual discourse.
