Sweet Crunch was accidentally found by taking a short trip to Brussels, Belgium where many liege waffles were eaten from food trucks and stands around the city. There, an addiction started that couldn't be curbed anywhere and what started in their very own kitchen took them to venture into what you'll find at The Market at 7th. Liege waffles are made from a dough that rises and is mixed with sweet chunks of pearl sugar which make a liege waffle a liege waffle! These sugars caramelize while in an iron which creates a delicious outer crunchy layer. Sweet Crunch’s location at The Market gives an endless amount of variety in your waffle choice. They have bacon, cereal, Reese's Cups, and maple butter! Sweet Crunch wants you to #RETHINKWAFFLES. These aren't your average waffles.
