The annual Charlotte MLK Day Parade is not taking place in 2023, but the MLK Planning Committee of Charlotte is hosting a Martin Luther King Unity March on Sunday, January 15th, 2023, culminating in the annual wreath laying ceremony at Marshall Park.
Registration has closed for participating in the march, but it begins at 2:30 p.m., at the intersection of Tryon and Montford Point Street and ends at the Martin Luther King statue in Marshall Park.
